This hotel should be great but delivered little. To their credit ,on check out, they acknowledged their lack of service and helped us out with our luggage. First impressions ..1 star, should be 4 star. I give it a low 3. Breakfast and incredible views were the high light. We stayed rein their best room with a small adjoining standard room. Our suite had incredible views but not well catered for, the adjoining room was very small but adequate. It's a great city, that needs a great hotel. Unfortunately it does not have one, and this one did not live up to our expectations.
